A brand new address in the heart of Vieux-Lille signed by Michelin-starred chef Éric Delerue.
From Laventie to Lille, the distance is not very big but the changes themselves are radical. Finished the historic Cherry - opened in 1986, in this small village of Pas-de-Calais - place in the Cerisier in the heart of Old Lille, a house that gives birth to three proposals: a gourmet table, a contemporary brasserie and a boutique hotel. The Cherry Tree takes place in a unique building worn by the family group GMB Invest - ICM and Boucheseiche, purpose-built by the Lille-based international architecture firm Coldefy & Associates. The interior architecture has been designed by Laurent Minot.
Ideally located on the Avenue du Peuple-Belge, opposite the Hospice Comtesse, this contemporary architectural creation is appealing from the outside with its large windows. With this establishment in Lille, European cultural capital at the crossroads of Paris, London, Brussels and Amsterdam - Le Cerisier embodies a new network between gastronomy, design and culture - in and around the plate - mixing know-how, talents and characters.
